Amy Phillips
Amy Phillips was born and raised in Alabama and has called Seattle home since 2013. After graduating from the University of Alabama, she spent a decade in medical sales before making a career pivot to the fitness industry. While living in Chicago, Amy discovered her passion for group fitness and went on to open and manage two successful fitness studios. Upon relocating to Seattle, she expanded her professional horizons, first serving as a volunteer coordinator at Washington DECA and actively participating in the Junior League of Seattle, then transitioning into the tech industry where she led customer success teams at two fast-growing companies. Today, Amy works part-time as a fitness instructor and full-time as a mom to her two kids, Owen and Blake. She continues to share her love of movement through teaching and training, blending her professional experience with her personal passions. Outside of work, Amy enjoys playing tennis, cooking for friends and family, traveling, getting lost in a good novel, and spending time outdoors with her husband Michael and their dog Zoe. Whether in the studio, on the court, or in the kitchen, she finds joy in staying active and connected with her community.
