Anna Bertrand

Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Anna is grateful to still call it home alongside her extended family. She spent the past 25+ years in marketing and customer-focused roles, including 13 years at Microsoft, where she focused on improving customers’ support experiences. Life outside of work is just as important to Anna—she loves gardening, getting lost in a good book, fostering dogs, and spending time with close friends. Anna is also a proud mom of two daughters who will be heading into their senior and freshman years of college this fall.
