Corrinalyn Guyette

Corrinalyn Guyette is the Vice President of Strategic Growth & Partnerships at Innovega Inc., a MedTech company developing advanced vision technology designed to transform how people with visual impairment experience the world. In her role, she focuses on strategic partnerships, market development, and helping accelerate the company’s path to commercialization. Corrinalyn brings over 15 years of leadership experience from T-Mobile, where she held senior roles in operations, technology, and sales operations. Her work spanned operational excellence, supply chain management, inventory controls, forward and reverse logistics, SOX compliance, audits, and large-scale program leadership supporting national technology deployments. In addition to her corporate leadership, Corrinalyn brings more than 25 years of experience leading LGBTQ+ nonprofit advocacy. She is currently serving as President of Eastside Pride PNW’s nonprofit, where she leads efforts to advance equity, visibility, and community access through inclusive programming, partnership development, and grassroots leadership. Her work focuses on creating spaces where 2SLGBTQ+ individuals feel seen, supported, and connected, while also engaging civic and corporate partners to drive meaningful, community-centered impact.
