Dawn Klinghoffer

Dawn grew up in Connecticut but has called Seattle her home for 30 years.  She and her husband Rich have two daughters, Hannah and Niela. Dawn has spent the large majority of her career at Microsoft, where she is the Vice President of People Analytics.  She is a recognized leader in people analytics and AI-driven HR transformation building advanced analytics and employee listening capabilities that inform enterprise decision-making and improved workforce outcomes. Dawn is a trusted advisor and thought leader on the future of work, helping organizations harness data and AI to drive business performance and employee experience.  Dawn’s work has been published in HBR, NY Times, Forbes, MIT Sloan Management and other news journals.
